One of the monitors we use however is keyword. Specifically, the lack of a word on a status page that SendGrid (and other) vendors give us access to. Not sure if a keyword monitor is the only way to do this or if there is another option with PingSuite.

As example the page we are currently looking at is - https://status.sendgrid.com/api/v2/summary.json

Looking in that file uptime robot does a keyword search and returns back to us if the term "operational" does not exist then it triggers it on our report to show the service was down.
