Most confusing onboarding I’ve ever seen and lacking. There is no software? The tool is a bot? This makes no sense?

Simple for who? Obviously not your users. You should listen to feedback instead of ignoring it. Furthermore you don’t reply to emails and everything you said was included is not actually included anywhere. Someone else asked you about this too. You said that to email you. No one should have to email you to access something you said was included. There is no product . It’s a chatbot with no login
Q: I bought one code, but I have a few questions before completing the questionnaire with the chatbot.
So If I mess up somewhere in the process after completing the questions and getting the report, can I go back and edit the idea or is that code wasted at the point.
2) Can I create a new project after completing the current idea by replacing it and starting over, or is the chatbot designed for one time use only?
3) If I have a second idea for my company, do I have to buy a whole new code? Thanks

Which is where? This isn’t emailed to anyone. It doesn’t exist. No one who purchased this deal received this. There is NO login. There is NO way to receive this unless people email you and even then you ghost them
Q: How do I get back to log into the site and platform?
I am not able to login to the platform to use it, there is not login functionality on the site. Please advise.
