Hi, could you clarify what you mean by “users”?
If I use Pixefy on both my laptop and desktop, does that count as two users or just one?
Also, do you plan to roll out Pixefy for Microsoft Edge in the near future? I’m a Microsoft 365 Business user and don’t use Chrome or Firefox.

Apr 13, 2026A: Hi! By “users,” we mean individual people or seats – not devices.
So if you use Pixefy on both your laptop and desktop, that still counts as one user, as long as it’s the same person using it.
As for Microsoft Edge – it’s not officially supported at the moment. But since Edge is Chromium-based, if you’re able to install Chrome extensions there, Pixefy should work as well. We just can’t officially guarantee full compatibility on Edge yet.

Thanks for the reply Paulius. Is it true that with the LTD, we don’t get any feature updates with new functionality? Are the features locked in?

Thanks for asking – no, the LTD is not locked to a static version. You’ll continue to get updates, improvements, and bug fixes, and we’ll definitely be adding more features over time, but some future functionality that requires significant backend resources may fall outside that scope.
