A: Good question. Unfortunately US banks will generally not lend in Africa. The exception is for $10MM+ deals for very established African companies. If you own such a company, you'd want to work with a US-based investment bank to raise such funding.
OK, on the African, some of our clients are established, we have a university teaching hospital looking for $160M to expand and location is Ghana, any ideas on a lender that may look at this.
A: Yes, for tier 5 you can create 120 business plans per year if you follow the instructions for deleting (actually over-writing; there's no way to "delete") business plans
Yes, you can modify the document/pdf before generating it, in the members area. If you want additional modifications, you can download to Word and modify it there before PDF-ing it.

For Tier 3 you can maintain 3 business plans forever. If you'd like to create more, you simply over-write one of the 3 business plans in your account.
