Q: Can this be used to make engaging lessons in algebra and other science subjects?

I need something like this to create interactive lessons for my adhd teenager, to help him concentrate on explanation of theory and then practice in an engaging way.
I need some drag and drop abilities, reactions and rewards for each correct or incorrect answers, funny animations in between. I will need a sequence of lessons-games.
I also wonder what does 'click limit' means? Is a click a single user interaction with a quiz (answering one question)?

To clarify, a click refers to the action of opening a game. Any interactions within the game itself, such as selecting an answer, are NOT counted as additional clicks. So if a user opens the quiz & plays the entire quiz it is counted as 1 click.
