A: it will not remain interactive if you export as video. Are you asking for interactive videos? Youtube doesn't support that.

End Screens/Cards: Use YouTube’s end screen or card features to promote the quiz and direct viewers to the Quiz link. End screen card can come after they watch a video/lesson & then on End Screen you ask them to take Quiz to test their concepts

You can create a separate quiz website with many quizzes for each lesson & add it in biolink of your youtube, so anytime users can go & play these quizzes for any lesson
