2. What is the CName records in this context? Is this the count of how many domains we can use the license on?
3. Can I isolate team members for different projects, and restrict their access control?
4. Can I upgrade Tier 4 to Tier 5, and can I combine Tier 4 & Tier 5?
5. Is 1 view/click equates 1 playing session for the entire game? How does the count work?

Aug 13, 2025A: 1. Yes, you can use the same license across as many sites or brands as you like.
2. Custom domain means publishing your game under your own domain instead of the playzo.io URL.
Example: Instead of game.playzo.io, you can host it as game.yourdomain.com.
This is useful for maintaining your own branding and avoiding the Playzo URL in the game link.
If you create 10 games and host each on a different subdomain, that counts as 10 CNAME records.
With Tier 4 and Tier 5 plans, you get unlimited CNAMEs.
3. You can assign access permissions based on user roles: View only , Edit games, Full control (Super Admin). Project/Game-specific access control is not available yet, you can add feature request here - https://playzo.frill.co/
4.You can upgrade from Tier 4 to Tier 5 directly through AppSumo. To combine two tiers, email us at support@playzo.io.
5. One playing session covers the entire game. If a player clicks and reopens the game, it will be counted as a new session.
