1. How can I see the files that the customer uploaded?
2. And is it not possible to create or add lead items in the lead form setting? For example, ID, url, etc..

2. You can change the placeholder text of "Address" to URL & collect that instead. The placeholder texts that you see in form fields can be changed to whatever you want it to be. Mobile No. can be changed to any number. fields. Name/Address can be change to any text field.
is your ID field a numeric?. & what is it's minimum length?
