Q: Privacy Policy Regarding Lead Collection Data
As a PlayZo customer, I need clarity on your privacy practices for my own website's compliance, specifically regarding Lead Collection data.
Your current p/policy lacks details on:
- Whether Lead Collection or other customer data is sold to third parties
- Definition of "sensitive data" for encr.@rest, if ALL Lead Collection fields are e@rest
- Ability to perm. delete Lead records through the interface (I couldn't find this option when wanting to delete L/Board names after testing, raises time consuming practices to notify your support)
Also, a user defined p/policy link is perhaps req'd for for CNAME published sites.
Please provide a brief response, but more importantly, update your online Privacy Policy for transparency and clarity. This information is essential for customers who embed PlayZo to maintain their own compliance.

Apr 22, 2025A: We are fully GDPR compliant, so you can rest assured that your data is protected under the highest standards of security and privacy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data — including any lead data collected through games — with third parties for advertising or commercial use. A limited amount of data may be shared with trusted sub-processors (such as AWS or analytics providers), but only to support service delivery. These sub-processors operate under strict agreements with robust security and privacy safeguards.
In compliance with GDPR, we offer users the ability to include their own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy checkbox in the lead form.
If you'd like to delete your data, you can submit a request through Accounts → Request Deletion, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. For leaderboard data, a dedicated feature will allow users to reset the leaderboard and delete all previous entries at any time — whether it's daily, weekly, or as needed.
