Q: Q: Setup fee + Monthly charge for clients
Here’s my scenario: within my newsletter and SaaS agency, I’d like to offer these games to clients. For the newsletter, I plan to use them as sponsor spots, where the sponsor’s image appears in the game, and at the end they provide a prize (discount, free gift, etc.), which helps attract more sponsors. To make this work, I’ll need Tier 3 access so I can set up 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners, especially when hundreds or even thousands may be playing. I also know other newsletter owners who want this same setup, which will mean a lot of clicks, and I understand upgrades are available. My question is: what retail pricing model do you suggest I charge newsletter owners to cover setup labor and click costs? I was thinking a one-time setup fee plus a monthly per-sponsor charge—to cover click costs under my account or is there another approach?

Pricing generally varies based on the size and scope of your clients. For small to mid-sized businesses in the US or Europe, a reasonable entry point is $100–$250 per month per game. For larger organizations or more complex campaigns, rates can increase to $500–$1,000+ per month.
To keep things straightforward at the start, it’s best to charge a fixed monthly fee per game (already factoring in clicks) rather than tracking clicks separately. This fee can then be adjusted up or down depending on the client’s size, requirements, and budget.
WONDERFUL!! Seee... you all are amazing and that is why I am going to purchase the Tier 3!! Thank you so much! Last question. Is there a generic video that shows what this is for us agencies to use or ways to showcase it on our websites so viewers can understand what this is about? Blessings...
