Q: Knowledgebase PDF, Markdown, or HTML Support

Hello,
The current knowledgebase only supports DOCX, CSV, and TXT files. Are there any plans to support PDF, markdown, or HTML? We use Scribehow to create our documentation and they can export to any/all of those formats.

If not, is there a way to have the AI chatbot either train from a PDF file or another website/knowledgebase?
Thank you

Q: Clarification Needed for Web Builder Users: Which Components are Truly 'No-Code'?

I'm an AppSumo customer and I'm very excited about the potential of this product. However, I've hit a wall with implementation.

According to your documentation, it seems only "HelpHub" and "Feedback" are listed under "No Code SDK Components". Does this mean that for a general web builder (like WordPress, Greta, etc.), only these two components can be used without deep technical knowledge right now?

I also seem to recall an announcement about a partial integration with Greta. Could you please clarify the current status of that partnership?

I am eager to use the full power of your tool as soon as this is clarified. Thank you for your answer.

A: Great question — and glad to hear you’re excited about PLG OS!

Right now, Help Hub and Feedback are the easiest truly “no-code” components since they can be dropped in directly. But it’s not limited to just those — many of the other components can also be added today by copy-pasting a small JS snippet, and we’re gradually rolling out that option across the whole library so everything becomes...

Q: Is this a widget collection?

I am trying to understand how this is different to offers for collections of widgets. How does this differ for example to https://www.commoninja.com. The description implies deeper integration with a site, SaaS or community.. but I am not able to see how this works yet. On the surface seems to be an embed on a widget by widget basis with a whitelist of URLs?

I really do like the interface though. Very smart. And the digital cards although coming soon.. look really interesting.

A: Great question — and thanks for the kind words about the interface!

PLG OS isn’t just a widget library like CommonNinja. With PLG OS, you’re not just embedding standalone widgets — you’re plugging in a growth operating system that connects across your entire app or community.

Here’s how it’s different:

Deeper integration: You can track user interactions (logins, clicks, progress) across...

A: You can use different workspaces but in single workspace you can add tags for different usecases & projects.
