same thing happened to me, i was on tier3 - it says so in the backend, but then says i have only 0.3 hrs of hosting per month - it was supposed to be 15
I bought different LTD's that I didn't use at first or use once in a while. Now I get a mail that my LTD will be deleted if I don't use it for 12 months:
We noticed that your PodOps account has been inactive for over 12 months. As part of our Fair Use Policy, all accounts—including lifetime deals (LTDs)—must remain active to ensure fair and sustainable platform access.
Q: Hi, will this be back and how do you compare to the Hubhopper deal?

A: Thanks for reaching out! I'm not familiar with hubhopper, so I can't be sure how exactly we compare. We have been in talks with AppSumo, but currently they won't allow us to feature a deal that works with our new plans, meaning we aren't able to determine if or when we might be back.
