Q: Also Trying To Find Out If Popmii Factory Will Continue To Be Supported (Seeing Possible 'Red Flags')

Yes, I'm not sure what happened to them. They started so strong, and I was very fond of them, but now they do not answer support (I've contacted them many times and also c/c'd one of the Co-founders). I can't recommend them at this point in any capacity - I'm very saddened because I was one of their biggest 'cheerleaders.'

I was 'warned' about Popmii, but I thought I was following my instinct. I still think Anita was solid on their team, so I'm still trying to figure out what happened. In any case, I have Tier 4 (which was a stretch, considering some components are not usable for me at this point). Otherwise, it will not be a good look for both their Popmii (the brand where they create the products for people) and Popmii Factor (Their DIY platform) brands. Popmii Team, will you give us a public update so we will know the future? TY.

Q: Will Popmii Factory continue to be functional and updated?

Read the CEO's post on Linkedin yesterday and frankly I am much concerned given that I have purchased a tier-3 license a couple of months back and just a week ago I have announced its usage to marketing campaigns to my clientele.
A clear response and perhaps a timetable is appreciated.
