vishal_adhikaryQ: Any benefits for existing Poppy AI users joining via AppSumo + how does the upcoming API tier work for us?
Hey Amaanath! You may remember me from our video call in 2025 where I walked you through my previous Appsumo purchases when you were in Bali with the Boys (and your laptop was dying, haha). Been a Poppy AI user since December 2024 (purchased directly from your website) and have loved it ever since.
Two questions:
1. Are there any loyalty benefits for existing Poppy AI users who now want to come on board via AppSumo - e.g. a discounted upgrade or a way to match/stack the pricing for additional credits?
2. Regarding the new API tier -- if I purchase this AppSumo deal, would it merge with my existing direct account, or would they run separately? Want to make sure I don't end up with two disconnected accounts.
Would love to know the best path forward. Thanks! š

1) I actually would love to figure something special for EXISTING Poppy AI customers, we could definitely do something ā¤ļø . I just sent you a text, let's chat and come up with something that we could do and make it official haha
2) When you purchase from AppSumo, your existing account and the account you purchase from AppSumo merges, so you wouldn't have any issues with that. Just make sure you use the same email as your current account when redeeming your license and make sure you're logged out as well.
