Q: Onboarding Call MANDATORY to get access?!

Hey, purchased access to tier 1 and wanted to play around with the tool.
It seems there is the need for booking and showing up to a mandatory onboarding call to even get access to the tool one already paid for? Seriously?

I mean, its certainly nice to have this option, but making it mandatory is a big no-go.
If I do get this wrong, sorry, and please point me to how to use it without being forced into a call before. If this really is mandatory, it'll be an instant refund. If I want or need a call to get clarity on something, I will happily contact you, but certainly not as a requirement to even use it.

No, the onboarding call is neither necessary nor mandatory. You can use the platform without it. I would still recommend it, though, because you can simply tell them during the call that you don't need an introduction. That's what I did as well—I just noted down a few questions beforehand, and the call didn't take long. In return, you receive an extra 1,000 credits per month for the next five mo

In the video the guy says "once you do that, you'll get access to the software. So as soon as you're done booking the call, which will take you like a minute, you'll get access to the software."
And I see no button whatsoever to skip.

That’s strange. I was already able to use it before the call. I didn’t do the onboarding call until a few days later either.

I don't think you should request a refund for that reason. It's really a good tool, and the support team is very helpful and responsive through the chat as well.

You could also go ahead and Schedule the Call (for a date that's at least a few days into the future)... Then you'll get access to the Platform to start playing around with it... Then, you can always cancel the booking and reschedule for when you really want it... By this time, you're into the platform, playing around with it, and deciding if you want to keep the appointment or not. Just an Option

Thats a useful idea - didnt think it would work this way as the guy said schedule AND show up before unlock.
Anyway, kind of a stupid workaround just to use a tool Ive paid for. Having users jump through hoops before accessing what they paid for - does not vibe with me at all.
