Huge privacy issue
I just finished onboarding and started using the app, and there are two major privacy issues. It won't let me use it until I answer the onboarding questions, which include a mandatory question about my phone number! I don't want to give you my phone number! Why can't I use the app without a phone number?! First time I've seen something like this! It also forced me to schedule an onboarding call! Finally, there is no option to agree to the terms; it just shows a statement saying that by proceeding, you agree to the terms and then redirects you! After the initial onboarding, they start yet another onboarding. What the heck in the world of all onboardings is this?! Considering a refund.

I hear you and I'm sorry for the frustration!
In terms of onboarding call, we do it because we genuinely want to make sure the customer understands the product! And we find that 99% of people after the onboarding come away being ABSOLUTELY blown away!
It's like getting a content consultant you would pay $500 for 1 hour, except it's part of Poppy AI included already !
LIKE PLEASE go the onboarding call, you will see what I MEAN!

Again you can use the app right away! it's just the onboarding call makes you 10x jacked since the tool is so powerful! We even give you 5,000 credits for free to use after onboarding because we know the value of this for us and for you!
Also we don't force you to show up, yes we will remind you, but you can always schedule it and still skip it!
And AGAIN literally 0% of people complain about the onboarding once they attend it! We have the best team on it, that I love so much!
In terms of phone number, again didn't want to make you feel that way, we just use the phone number again to remind you about things like the onboarding call and to also learn if in future we can help you even more!
We have a lot of founders come to us, who literally want us to help them fully with their content. For example, had founder who went from being a school teacher to building a business with content teaching people paddling making $100K/mo (True story, the guys name is @tekniquefirst on IG)
At the end of the day, TRUST me our goal is to just give you the best experience, and that's what we are really good at.
All I ask from you is you PLEASE actually give it a shot, please do an onboarding call and you will see how welcoming and warm you will feel as being part of the Poppy Community!
I don't want us to be like all the other apps where you sign up and you are forgotten about! I want to make Poppy a community, not just an app.
