A: Yes! PopupKit integrates with WooCommerce and lets you display popups based on various WooCommerce conditions, such as products, categories, cart, checkout, and more.
You can also display dynamic coupon codes in your popups, allowing each customer to see their unique coupon code using our Gamified popup templates.

I think EVERY form must have spam protection built in. I presume you know that over half of all site traffic is bots these days, and malicious bots fill in any form they find. What is already built-in to PopupKit to combat this and, if nothing yet, what are your plans for it, and when might they be released. (I searched PUK docs for "spam" and "honeypot" with no results.) MY ideal is that I can create a hidden field, and if it's filled in, I choose what happens next (e.g., discard & redirect). Thanks!

A: Thank you for your thoughtful feedback and suggestion!
We completely agree that spam protection is an essential feature for any form, especially with the increasing amount of bot traffic today.
Based on your feedback, we've implemented built-in spam protection in PopupKit using a honeypot field, which helps prevent automated bot submissions without affecting the experience for real...
A: Yes, absolutely! With Tier 3, you can use the plugin for your clients' websites. It's a great option for freelancers, agencies, and developers who manage multiple client projects.
Is this a SaaS product, or is everything served from my own server? I don't want Popups to fail (or processing to even slow down) if your site is down or congested. If everything is internal to my server, I'm in.

A: Hi,
PopupKit is not a typical SaaS product. The popups and their functionality are served directly from your own WordPress website and hosting environment.
This means your popup display and core functionality do not depend on our servers being available or under load. As long as your website is running normally, PopupKit will continue to work from your server.
Are shortcodes allowed in the pop builder? I was testing the free version and when I added the shortcode block it did not work. It displayed the shortcode as text "[ninja_form id=1]". I want to embed forms from a plugin into a popup and I don't want to rebuild the forms in PopupKit.
