🙋 FAQs

🇶Can I use it with my free Gmail account or does it have to be a paid Google Workspace Account?

🇦Portant works for free G-mail users and paid Google Workspace (Google for Business) users.

There is only one slight difference between the two plans around email send limits that comes from Google's side.

- Regular free G-mail users - limit of 100 emails sent per day

- Google Workspace (GSuite) users - limit of 1500 emails sent per day.

🇶I see there is a free version of Portant Data Merge. What do I get as part of the AppSumo Lifetime Deal?

🇦There is a free version of Portant Data Merge. However this free version doesn’t enable you to export to PDF and also has Portant branding on emails sent via Portant.

As part of the AppSumo lifetime deal, the Portant branding is removed from the emails and you are able to export PDFs, for life 😀

🇶Can I export documents to PDF?

🇦Yes, you can export generated documents to PDF.
