Q: Like what your building, we are in need of a better chat bot for our traveler support.

But we ran into a few bugs and questions when using your software:

1) Datasource, it only gave us PDF, HTTP, Image but in the documents of your site you say you support excel and database as sources. We’d like to be able to provide our well structured database/excel output/csv version, please advise how to do this.

2) When we try to use our website as in the input we get the error, limit to only 5000 URLs, please contact you for limit increase. Can you please increase our limit, and better yet can we if we can’t at the moment provide you with an excel/csv output, can we at least give you an xml sitemap or a file/list of URLs to crawl?

3) Can we use our own GPT API key, as we want to not hit your limits and happy to help move that cost onto our billing.

4) Why we only able to enable 4 languages, will this be expanded or always capped at 4? As for the list of languages, can you give us a roadmap of other languages you’ll be supporting, like French, Portugues, Russian, Japanese, Korean…

5) You have Chinese listed as a language you support, but when we go to “Update Assistant” in the settings post bot setup, there is no Chinese option, will you add that in?

6) When we went to “Update Assistant” section, it showed that the GPT version our bot was set to was 3.5 yet we know we set it to 4.0 in the setup phase, is it always downgrading the GPT model?

7) In the “Customize Widget” settings, the header color option runs into a problem when you set the header to white, as there is no control for the color of the text in the header, which is hardcoded to being white. We wanted to use a white header as your rounded corners don’t fit well with the iframe version, and of course when we set to white header, the text was hidden/gone and looked even worse. Can you allow control of the header text color please.

8) In the notes/replies we see you mention that if we point our domain/cname at your sub-domain it will work to load the iframed/content into our site using our domain in the source code, please confirm.

Hi, thanks for your query. Please find the answers below:
1. Natively we support PDF, and HTTP. You can use Zapier to ingest text data from other sources. https://zapier.com/apps/insightoai/integrations
2. Please provide us the list of URLs to crawl and we'll set it up for you. Use our support email to share.
3. At the moment, we don't provide the option to use your own GPT API key. Once we're ready, we'll definitely let you know.
4. We can support new languages as and when our providers support them. You can share the list of languages that you'd like to activate and we'll add them if they are available.
5. We have just added Chinese as an option, so please go ahead and activate it.
6. GPT 3.5 is the only option for voice agents since GPT 4 has a high latency issue and cannot be realistically used for real-time use cases.
7. Sure, we'll add the flexibility to modify the header color. We are rolling out an update that allows you to customize the user & bot text color today.
8. Yes, you can let us know the subdomain that you use and we'll activate it. We are working on soon automating it as part of the platform.
