They just DELETED ALL customer data - EVERY scheduled post.
It has been OK'ish up until now. Poor customer service, but platform has mostly been stable. Today they moved their platform to another back-end, no warning, and apparently no testing.
They just moved, and they decided it as acceptable to ALL their customers to lose ALL their scheduled posts.
We lost 100s of work hours, 8000+ scheduled posts, and all they could say was "We are sorry".
No option to stay on old platform, no migration, no rollback, they just deleted everything.
Total Bait And Switch - I got a large number of workspaces under the lifetime deal offered on this platform. This morning, I learned that those lifetime deal-redeemed workspaces would no longer be honored if not used by Feb 15th.
This company is shady in a 'strategic' way. Plus, all the technical failures caused me to lose paying clients. They should be paying me back the lifetime deal money I wasted on this product.

I had high hopes for Postly.ai when I purchased their lifetime plan. Everything worked fine for the first year, but then suddenly, my access was revoked, and I could no longer use the platform. Despite reaching out to their support multiple times, I haven’t received any response. It’s incredibly disappointing and feels like a breach of trust. A 'lifetime' plan should mean exactly that—lifetime access, not just one year. I strongly advise against investing in Postly.ai if this is how they treat their customers.
First, the good. It's fairly simple to add social media platforms. The scheduler is easy to use. The UI isn't bad.
The bad. They bait and switch. For example, when I first got the deal and got on the platform, I started scheduling recurring posts. It wasn't too long before they announced that they were nerfing the original deal and now we have to pay to upgrade our original LTD to get back to the functionality we had originally. In my case, I suddenly can't make any more recurring posts unless I pay another $999 to upgrade back to my original deal.
Two tacos because I still like using it, but minus three for bad business practices.
False advertising - they told us that Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok would work, but it's just displaying 'Coming Soon.' I thought this deal was too good to be true, and it was.
