Q: I just bought the tier 2 and followed the registration steps, however it says I'm on a free plan.
I tried talking to your chatbot to see if I could reach a human, but even the AI bot won't respond.

I don't know what kind of glitch that was, but I I redid the "Go to product" button and it looks like it tried the code again and now works. Chatbot still unresponsive.
First of all, thanks for becoming a customer ❤️ could you please share your email? we are currently looking into this. Seems like the traffic from Appsumo killed our bot support :)) sorry for that and we'll get it up & running asap
