creasquare, another social posting tool here on appsumo has there ability to post to fb pages and groups. I want to post to groups to build up the groups, not monitor comments etc, just post.

Chachi, in January of 2024, Meta announced the release of Facebook Graph API v19. 0. Unfortunately, this announcement also included a small note saying that they will be discontinuing the entire Facebook Groups API on April 22, 2024.
yeah as some have already said here, FB will discontinue group posting soon so any apps that currently support, won;t continue to
