I can see this filling a big hole in the automation ecosystem. I watched a few of your videos and have a couple questions....

1. Can I create/read/update/delete the tags from my current email client? We are using Gmail as our email host and have team members using various clients depending on their function, most of which allow for gmail labels. In other words, is there a sync between gmail labels and your tags? That would be huge. I don't want to change my email clients.

2. How do we train/correct/improve your tagging? As a follow-on to the above question, it would be great if I could quickly tag say a couple dozen emails (in my email client) for a given type of email and your system starts to learn. Plus, if I can see when there is an error on the tag in my client I can fix it to help improve training.

3. Minor workflow question, but we receive a lot of files and I am always backed up saving things down. Would love a workflow that can take attachments and save them to various Google Drive folders. Is that in the works?
