I see under Plans and Features:
Previous AppSumo customers who purchased Nowa can upgrade their license to increase their feature limits
Previous AppSumo customers will be grandfathered into the new feature limits
Previous AppSumo customers who purchased Tier 1 will retail their limits

Yes exactly, but I didn't get if you have a question :) in case you ask for the meaning, it's that the users who bought Nowa during the older campaign (last year) will have their plans as it is without it being affected, and they can upgrade if they wish.
