Q: After creating a new account using an email, I still can not log in.

The system said that "Please check your email and activate your account before signin." The problem is I have ever received any activation/confirmation email in my box. I have tried asking to "Resend confirm email" for several times but get nothing in my inbox. Now, How can I redeem my 2 codes?
