If you need 20 users, you should purchase License Tier 3. All the information about the plans is displayed in the Plans & features section.
But if to relate to my start question, I already have a Pro plan, why I have to buy tier 3 I want to upgrade my current plan ....
Hi sergey,each tier has a separate pricing.when you upgrade appsumo only charges the difference in price. I quess you need to select the product you bought and than select upgrade.
There's a way to upgrade if you choose Products from the menu, but AppSumo doesn't make it very obvious...if I remembered more details I'd give them, but if you look there you should be able to figure it out.
