Q: I get that this is a prospecting tool, but I'd like to use it to send an annual message to segments of my list, for example.
Would you consider this an abuse of your platform?
Or is there some reason that this doesn't make sense?

Jun 27, 2024A: This makes perfect sense. We have Customer Success teams and other companies who use this to message existing users or member lists.
