Hello, thanks for reaching out to us. There are a few options: \u000a\u000a1. Decline permission of the bot during the conversation if you don\u0027t want it recorded. You can also do this on Lerno ahead of your call by clicking the \u0022camera\u0022 icon on the upcoming conversations tab, once you do this the bot won\u0027t attempt to join the call. \u000a2. We have a 90\u002Dday data retention period for every video recording on Tier 3. This means the records will automatically get deleted at this point. \u000a3.
