Tier 3 just isn't appealing. First off, 25 brand is pretty meh, and then there's the price.

I mean, if it was like $249 for 25 brands, I doubt anyone would be making a fuss. But the jump in price from Tier 2 to Tier 3 is massive - we're talking $399 here.
