I only 299 out of my 500 minutes of video input per month. I bought Appsumo level 2.
Why would a 1 minute and 28 second video take over 2 hours of my video editing allotment.?

A 1 minute and 29 second video equals 2 hours of video processing?
No, 5 hours is 300 minutes and not 500 minutes. So everything is correct. You just miscalculated ;)
90 seconds, not 90 minutes. I uploaded a 90 second video and lost over two hours of my monthly allotment.
You have Tier 2 right?

1 Hour is 60 minutes right?
So 5x60mins equal 300 minutes (not 500 as you counted)
Therefore if you had used 299 prior, then the 1.5mins would be clearly out of the 300 minutes monthly limit.
