Hey @bowsjb\u000aI am super happy that you give Documentero a try and you like it. \u000a\u000a#1 To keep our service (which is heavy on resources) fast and scalable we are not offering plans without any usage limits. However feel free to reach us for custom quote for higher plans if you need them\u000a\u000a#2 You can try automate process with Zapier/Make.com or semi\u002Dautomatic: You can use a shared form feature (+untick option from point #3) and add a link to payment in the confirmation message (we are supporting markdown formatting and links). Once you receive payment you can send your document from the inbox to customer.\u000a\u000a#3 Yes, you can create shared form which works like this, you need configure it by unticking option \u0022Allow user download generated document\u0022. Document will arrive only on specified email, customer will only get confirmation message\u000a\u000a#4 If you are asking for Teams support (like multiple users accessing same documentero account) this is not supported but considered in the future roadmap. Common workaround is it use multiple shareable forms and share it with others (with ability to download document)
