Had bought this LTD a year back and was trying to access it again after a long time. Could see that they have deleted my account which I feel is not right. This is a lifetime deal and is not fair. Now they are asking to create a new account which will be free I guess.
- Your timelines will look professional - Provides timelines for both Gantt Chart style and a few others - Granular color/text/alignment options for tweaking - UI feels light and responsive - Timelines can be either viewed online (inc. your own domain option) or exported in various formats - Online version with mouse hover effects better utilizes the space - Supports CVS imports for larger number of entries
In summary Precenden saves you a lot of time from editing/perfecting your timelines so you could focus on your project instead of tweaking your reports when some small changes occur.
For improvements 1. Too much repetitive work is needed for configuring similar events. Using event style presets (on shape/color/icon/milestone etc) would greatly reduce the time for editing. 2. Folders and permissions could really help to make Preceden become more popular for business uses 3. Pricing based on number of "online" timelines may be more attractive. 4. CNAME only works for viewing. Editing must still use Preceden's own domain so this might not work well for agencies that wish to collaborate with contractors.
Over the years I think I've tried/bought/subscribed to every project management & timeline tool. The basic ones usually are missing too much functionality to be of any real use & for most part, the design & output far from impressive.
At the other end - the big ticket tools are mostly just way too complex to learn/use to get the numerous benefits & impressive feature set they offer. Most are simply too detailed, overwhelming & overkill for very many businesses.
Like numerous others I just want/need a ..very simple to set up & use... project/time management tool ....that shows me, our clients and everyone involved in our various projects exactly where we're going, when we plan to be there & what needs to be done.
It has to be easy for collaboration & offer various high quality output options. And...most importantly it has to look extremely professional to the recipient. Preceden does precisely that! It's exactly the tool I've been looking for. The roadmap looks good. Support from Matt was immediate & very helpful. A very big 5 Tacos to Preceden !!!

Simple but effective
I bought this a while ago, stopped using it, but blew the dust off it again recently and had forgotten how easy it is to use.
If you want a tool where you can quickly empty your head, then bring a sense of visual order to your ideas and plans, then this is the tool for you.
