Great idea, will update on how it goes. I do like the professional and polished looks of each press release, but I wish we could have custom URLs for each.

We upgraded to the highest tier because we plan to use this within our Agency for all new SEO clients (and some current clients) along with a Premium Distribution. This is outstanding value for anyone doing SEO and our margin on this will be outstanding because everyone knows the value of a this kind of distribution with do-follow links on high DA sites. Support has also been outstanding and super responsive with replies in literally 2 minutes. Thx again for everything your team does and we are excited to see where this product goes in the future. Highly recommended so hopefully everyone has stacked up multiple codes. We will also be doing our own distribution for a new division we recently launched so super excited for that.

I had high hopes for Press Ranger based on the glowing reviews, but after actually using it, I can’t recommend it. Here’s why:

"Suggested Journalists" Are Not Relevant
The platform claims to help connect with the right journalists, but the recommendations I received were wildly off. Targeting is crucial for PR success, and this system missed the mark completely.

Email Outreach Went Nowhere
We have experience with PR and media outreach, but the emails we sent through Press Ranger resulted in zero responses. This makes me question the quality of their journalist database and whether our emails even reached the right inboxes.

Overpriced and Low-Quality Press Release Distribution
We paid $299 extra for their "higher-tier" press release distribution, expecting premium placement. Instead, we got a bunch of low-quality, irrelevant PR links on obscure feeds that provide zero SEO or visibility value. It felt like a waste of money.

Final Verdict
Press Ranger over-promises and under-delivers. If you're an entrepreneur looking for real media coverage or backlinks, this is not the tool for you. The outreach and press release distribution feel like empty PR gimmicks with no real impact. I regret this purchase and would advise others to look elsewhere for their PR needs.

I can't say anything negative about Press Ranger; it simply does what it says on the tin—great tutorials, an easy-to-navigate website, and a passionately engaged founder.

Most importantly, press releases that indefinitely stay online and do not disappear after a few months (something I've experienced in the past from other providers).
