you have done quite a bit with Pretty Prompt, but I would now like to know how the credits were handled in general at the beginning when you started on AppSumo.
Because somehow it seems to me that credits are now being valued and used differently than at the start, and unfortunately no information has been provided about this.
Therefore, it is crucial for me to know where and for what exactly credits are charged and how many, so that I know whether I should upgrade or just buy another tool, which I also purchase via AppSumo.
Your chat feature for improving prompts is faulty, as is the automatic deletion of inserted sections in the prompt.. Likewise, the Improved Prompt is simply deleted or overwritten by the attempt of a new version, even though credits were deducted. IMPROVEMENT NEEDED!

To clarify: nothing changed on the credits. Each improvement is 1 credit, regardless of the length of the prompt. See: https://pretty-prompt.helpscoutdocs.com/article/28-improvement-credits
If you can email me with screenshots/explanation of what you mean by the chat functionality or improved prompt functionality I'll help. (In case you mean it is not deleted, if you improve the same prompt twice, it gets cached, and doesn't consume another credit.) Of course if you click outside of the window, it iwll close the window, you can just re-click on the button and it will appear again.
Thank you for your answer. It is not purely a support request, because for me it was also important to generally know here how the credits will continue to be handled. Yes, before the further features, it was easier with the additional refinement. But good to know that further improvements and refinement, etc., then in Pretty Prompt do not cost any additional credits, just like before.
It will cost you 1 credit per improve or per refine (the main functionality), But not cost you as you keep changing the prompt with the context or chat. Super simple :) 1 prompt = 1 credit.
And thank you for the information on how, what, and where to click and how it is handled. However, things can also be made far too complex. Therefore, I found the first version of Pretty Proms the simplest. When I need more clicks than necessary to reach a goal, to me, a tool is not mature enough. Thank you and good luck.
And yes, when I want to improve something in the chat function, a section is inserted, but nothing is saved. Instead, a duplicate of the used initial prompt is simply created. This belongs more to support, but well, these are bugs after all, and nothing should be confirmed as bug-free if it is not bug-free. Now looking for another Prompt Improvement App and leaving Tier 1 as a little funny play.
