Hello Support Team,
1.) Welcome back! Can your software assist with with writing skills for AI agents? If so, please provide instructions or a training video link?
2.) With the option to have multiple users, can we manage the prompts allowed based on permission granted? If so, please provide instructions?
3.) Does your platform provide me with the monthly prompts per tier or do I have to use my own LLM'S?
4.).Based on your Appsumo sale page, are you still using these integrations Chrome, Google Gemini, GPT 3.5-Turbo, GPT-4, and OpenAI or have you updated your platform?
5.) Do we have the option to BYOK, now or in the future?
6.) Is there an option to purchase additional prompts, if we deplete our monthly allocation before new prompts are regenerated for the following month?

1. We're currently working on a new feature called Skills, which will make it easier to create and manage reusable instructions for AI agents. More details and training resources coming soon. Make sure you join our Substack: https://prettypromptai.substack.com/
2. Yes. You can create teams, allocate a set number of prompts to each team, and invite specific users to those teams. This gives you control over how prompt usage is distributed across your organization. Here's an article: https://www.pretty-prompt.com/docs/account/create-a-team
3. Your prompt allocation is included with your subscription tier. Prompt usage resets each month based on your plan limits, so there's no need to bring your own LLMs to use the platform. (Not sure if I understood the question correctly tho!)
4. Those references were examples of supported integrations from AppSumo. Today, we integrate with all major AI providers and models, including OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and others, and we continue to add support for new models as they become available.
5. BYOK is not currently supported. It's something we're considering for the future, but we'll make that decision based on customer demand and feedback.
6. We don't currently offer prompt credit top-ups. If you need additional usage, you can upgrade to a higher tier or move to our Pro plan, which includes unlimited usage.
