Pretty Prompt has been one of the most useful AI workflow tools I’ve used and easily one of the best purchases I’ve made on AppSumo.

The biggest advantage is simplicity — it works directly inside the LLM, so there’s no constant copying, pasting, switching tabs, or managing external prompt files. That alone saves a significant amount of time and keeps the workflow smooth.

The app is very easy to use, which is honestly its strongest selling point. A lot of AI tools become overly complicated trying to add every possible feature. Pretty Prompt keeps the experience fast, clean, and practical.

Customer service has also been excellent. Responsive, helpful, and clearly focused on improving the product.

If you use AI heavily for work, writing, coding, research, or automation, this tool removes a lot of friction from the process and makes prompt management much more efficient.

Most of our team are freelancers, so getting the best out of their hourly rate is important. We use Pretty Prompt to a) centralize all our standard repeatable prompts in one place, b) improve the prompts so they do a better job c) use the team functions to give freelancers access only to specific prompts (great prompts are IP.) This has been crucial to keep our team aligned as we scale AI across marketing and product. What I like most is that it gives us the flexibility to choose the best LLM for each task and leverage the strengths of each platform. We're also looking to add Skills files as well. I'm glad I got in early with this one!

I have tried a number of prompt optimization and generation tools. None of them come close to the results of Pretty Prompt. I've been able to save several minutes every time I am putting something together using AI because of the abilities of Pretty Prompt to align with the model to create a better (prettier?) prompt.
