Q: Vs Canny Vs FeatureBase
We use the above tools, can ProductBridge replace them?
Things we like about Canny
- Clean interface
- API
- Changelog embed
- Roadmap embed
- Custom Domain
- Auto emails users
- SSO (i.e. our customers dont need to regsiter again)
- Auto popup to new users who have not seen latest updates
Let me know on the features above if you support them?
With Product Bridge, can I embed a changelog and roadmap?
Any logos/branding?
Do you have a demo page of how the public facing changelog/roadmap/voting portal works for our users?

Edited Aug 3, 2026A: Hi Rishi,
Absolutely, ProductBridge can replace the core feedback, roadmap, and changelog functionality you currently use in Canny or Featurebase.
Clean interface — Yep, the dashboard, settings and the platform is easily scannable with clean layout.
API — Available for connecting ProductBridge with your existing systems and workflows. Everything is well documented.
Feedback/Roadmap/Changelog embed - Available, you can embed directly inside your application or website
Custom Domain - You can host the portal on your own domain
Auto emails users - Available - When a feature is marked as shipped and a changelog update is published, ProductBridge automatically emails users who submitted.
SSO - Yes, Your customers can access and interact with the portal using your existing authentication.
Auto popup to new users who have not seen latest updates - Shipped last week.
Plus, you can maintain a public facing Help Center + run Surveys.

Can I see the emails that are send by PB?
Can I import everything from Canny? How easy difficult is that to map everything to PB?
I am thinking about T3 - so this will be on our domain and is whitelabeled?

Also, is there a demo anywhere of the Live Chat and Help Center, does it mean it has a built in KB?
