When we launched ProductBridge on AppSumo, the idea was simple:

Help teams collect customer feedback, understand what matters, and build the right things.

But as we spoke with more of you, something became clear.

Feedback doesn’t start on a feedback board.

It starts when a customer asks a question in chat.
When they search your help center and can’t find an answer.
When they respond to a survey.
When they contact support.
When they request a feature for the third time.

And if all of those conversations live in different tools, you still end up piecing together the customer story manually.
So we’ve been expanding ProductBridge around that idea.

Since our AppSumo launch, we’ve added:

Create self-service documentation so customers can find answers without opening another support ticket.

The bigger goal is not to add more tools for the sake of adding features.

It’s actually the opposite.

We want ProductBridge to replace the fragmented workflow where your support conversations are in one place, surveys in another, documentation somewhere else, feedback in another tool, and the roadmap disconnected from all of them.

With ProductBridge, a customer can:
Ask a question → share feedback → vote on a request → respond to a survey → follow your roadmap → get notified when you ship it.
And your team gets the full context in one place.

That’s the direction we’re building toward:

One customer record. One place to understand what customers need, help them, and build what matters.

All of these updates are live now, and there’s a lot more coming.

I’m Hareesh, co-founder of ProductBridge.
