Q: A couple questions: 1) Do you have API enpoints to interact with the requests?

2) Can we filter the events that trigger webhooks
3) We have two products. How should we organize our Productlift account to have distinct roadmaps between the 2 products? Do you have distinct workspaces?
4) Can we give a different vote weight to our users based on their status (free VS paid users. E.g. a free user gets 1 vote per feature request, while a paid user gets 5)

A: Hello,

Thanks for your message, here are my answers per item:
1. Yes, you can find the API documentation here: https://developer.productlift.dev/api/documentation/

2) No you can't filter the webhooks in ProductLift itself, but you can use the event type to filter yourself. See here for the reference overview: https://app.productlift.dev/p/webhooks-FN32K8

3) There are multiple ways you can do this in one portal, see https://app.productlift.dev/p/multi-product-configuration-c2TXCu.
You can do it in one portal or in two portals. The portals are completely separate.

4) That is an interesting idea but how would that work in practise? Because users see the votes and it becomes very obvious that some of their votes are less important. I suggest using something like RICE to prioritize the feature requests, see https://www.productlift.dev/blog/rice-prioritization

Hope this helps.

Thanks for your feedback!

Another question: can we import the feature requests from a legacy system? E.g. Using a csv file. Or do we necessarily need to go through the API to batch create them?
And can we keep the original date values for our old feature requests, or will the date be the creation date in Productlift?

This could work if you go towards the Crowd funding features - Yes pls !!!
