Q: Feedback features ?
Hello, if a user want to give feedback about the service (in his own words), is there a way where he/she can also choose the rating in stars ? For example, if he/she wants to give feedback about a public toilet in a building , he/she can give 3 stars with comment "the faucet tab broken, no water".
Also, in the backend, admin can see the dashboard, analytic and graph of for all feedbacks by date, by star rating, by location.
Also availability to filter/search/sort the feedback by date, by star rating, by location.
And availability to response to each feedback by having "status" section : Repair In progress, solved, etc

We currently don’t offer a star-rating style feedback flow like that. The reason is that ProductLift’s philosophy is a bit different. What you describe is possible with tools like Typeform or similar, but it also becomes quite broad — and usually puts a lot of manual work on your side to aggregate, filter, and make sense of everything.
In ProductLift, users create individual feedback items that others can vote on. That makes it much easier to see what truly matters most without having to process everything yourself.
For something like locations, you could simply create a dedicated tab per location so feedback stays separate and comparable.
That’s the way ProductLift is designed to work, but hopefully this gives you a good sense of whether it fits what you’re looking for.
