Q: Import/migrate from Userback?
We've been using user back for the last 3 years, have thousands of bug reports and feature requests. Would we be able to migrate from Userback to ProductLift without losing previously submitted ideas/requests?

Thanks for your message.
ProductLift supports extensive ways to import data, such as user data and posts. So this should be possible assuming Userback allows to export the data from their end. You could also use something like Pabbly Connect to move items if that is easier.
