Q: Portals creation bug and settings not working
Hi. Whenever I tried to create a new portal, a error message appears. But if I come back to the login, several portals with the same name are created. How I can delete the repetited portals?. As well, the settings and the custom domain options, are not working.

Thanks for your message — happy to help. We introduced a few issues with new portals earlier today while making performance improvements, but they’ve been resolved now. Apologies for the inconvenience.
The best option is to contact customer support so they can remove the affected portals for you. You’re welcome to create a new one already, and we’ll update the custom domain on that one for you.
