Amazing tool, and amazing customer service
The tool is perfect, and a real replacement for Canny. Their customer support is also really good. Very responsive, and actually helpful.
The only thing i wish for was the bug report feature, but I heard they were working on it.

Does exactly what it should
It’s simple. It’s elegant. It’s a no-flash solution. What makes that so special? The fact that it’s so on-point when it comes to delivering on what it says it can do, that it completely hits the mark! There are plenty of features to give it a little pizazz, but not so many that you got lost in a sea of complexity. And the customer support, as well as the obvious commitment to the their product as seen by continual updates and enhancements, is top level. Love this software! It’s perfect for my needs.
