This deal could have been a 5/5, but after completely removing unlimited relaxed image generations per month, I'm now very restricted with only 1,000 credits per month—even though I purchased Tier 3.

I decided to try the tool again today after a 2-month break. However, I immediately noticed some issues:

It showed that 300 out of my 1,000 credits were already used, which isn’t possible since I haven’t used the tool during this time.
I experimented with a few features, including the new video generation feature (which, to be honest, is quite poor at the moment). That’s not a major concern for me, though, as I primarily rely on the image creation feature, which works very well.

But here’s the main issue: my remaining 700 credits were used up in just 10 - 15 minutes! This feels extremely restrictive. On top of that, the advertised 10 hours of fast image generations per month (~1,000 image credits) is also no longer accurate. I can barely generate 100 images now instead of the 1,000 images promised.

Now I have to wait another month to get another 1,000 credits, which I’ll likely exhaust in 20 minutes again.

This is absolutely unfair and needs to be addressed by the team!

I feel utterly deceived by this company. They initially sold us on their "unlimited relaxed queue," which was nothing more than bad service that never delivered as promised since you could only use it 1 time a day. When I raised concerns here on the questions, they assured me it would improve as they grew. However, now that they grew, instead of enhancing the service, they've now removed the relaxed queue entirely. And now with the introduction of new features (new image models and videos), credits are consumed at an alarming rate. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, leaving me with the impression of a massive LTD rug pull.

The deal said "10 hours fast image generations per month ", this is consumed generating 10 videos (approx 6 minutes generating)..... very very bad.

Bought Tier 2 - the unlimited relaxed image generation is no longer available. I am left with the 500 credit/mo.

Message below received from them after inquiry - very disappointed.
The unlimited relaxed image generations feature is no longer available due to infrastructure challenges. Instead, users now receive PS Studio credits which can be used for various tools, including image generation. For fast image generations, you can use your credits to generate images quickly. To manage your credits, you can upgrade your plan or purchase additional credits. More details are available in your app's billing section.

If that was not bad enough, I kept prompting the AI to generate a male. First I asked for a black male. That did not work. I tried saying African. That did not work. I tried saying African American. That did not work either. I then tried for a Caucasian male. That did not happen. I tried again by saying white male in case the AI did not understand Caucasian. NADA!

Each time, all I got was an Indian female, the same Indian female I got when I used the tool when I first bought and tested it. I had not used the app since and came back to this. My credits were finished and I still did not get what I asked for...yes, extremely disappointed.

Even if I am not happy with the change of plan, I could at least have felt some relief IF I at least could get what I prompted for. How do you get an Indian female when you ask for a black male or a white male???? Ugh!

I bought this deal because it's so expensive and time-consuming to create studio-quality pictures for selling online. If ProductScope does what it says, I had to try it to make my pictures beautiful for my e-commerce website and social media channels. I had no real expectations when I bought it because so many companies oversell, and the results are poor most of the time. But here: Wow!

I am so pleased I bought a Tier 3 because this deal is gone, and I would have regretted it. I can now see the full potential with pictures, but I also tried the Amazon analysis, and again, wow!

I love it because it gives you such good insight on keywords, text, photos...

I am so pleased I trusted my gut a few hours before it was gone. Vijay Jacob and his small team are very responsive. I am looking forward to all the new updates. My most awaited one is product training.

I see massive potential in this product and wish this young company great success and strong MRR.

PS: I also use fotor and many other AI image software but none of them managed to do what ProductScope can do in terms of quality in such a short time.

ProductScope AI has been an absolute game-changer for my ecommerce business! From effortlessly generating stunning product photos to providing Amazon's highly relevant titles and descriptions with the Chrome extension, this tool has streamlined my workflow like never before.

It still needs some minor tweaks and improvements, such as the ability to save all analyzed and already optimized listings so that we can continue working on them later, better performance in writing generation, the ability to change the opacity (transparency) of the Shadow tool, and fix or improve the way Relaxed Generation works, because I haven't been able to use the Magic Edit tools after using up my credits, so a queue system will be greatly appreciated.

But It's truly remarkable how it can turn ordinary product images into stunning visuals that grab attention. Plus, the customization options allow me to tailor the images to perfectly suit my brand. I own a jewelry store, and I am in love how they include AI generated models to wear necklaces, bracelets, earrings, ring, etc.

Not to mention, the continuous updates and roadmap for future enhancements promise even more value down the line. I got the max tier, and I couldn't be happier with my decision.
