A great discovery
I would like to share my experience with ProductScope and compare it with one of the reference software in this field of editing and generating backgrounds by AI, Photoroom. ProductScope takes more time to adapt to the program, there is some point that is a little confusing, such as generating an image with a scan background that maintains the previous product and you have to cover it with the new one so that it is eliminated from the scene (for example, predetermined footwear scenes) , but it pleasantly makes up for it with the many customization options. In order not to extend myself, I summarize.
IN FAVOR:
- Once you understand the working dynamics, it generates hyper-realistic AI backgrounds with an excellent level of detail (I tried to reproduce a background of a vehicle on a street in Madrid (Spain) and I was literally amazed with the detail and the slipperiness, much superior to photorrom .
- The generation of scenes through AI is wonderful and at that point much superior to photoroom which does not have that function.
- If you are a professional and must carry out professional work for Ecommerce clients, this is your program, since the final results are up to the most demanding client.
IMPROVEMENT POINTS:
- The subsequent editing of the generated images consumes credits, for example the simple edition consumes 1 credit, the x2 and x4 improvement consumes 4 credits, I don't think it is clear enough when purchasing, but since after fastmode the generations are unlimited nothing worrying.
- It is slower than photoroom even in fast mode
- In image enhancement it sometimes consumes the credits and although it supposedly generates the image it does not appear in the bottom box with the download option, check that or explain if I am missing something.
In general, 10 tacos if the team remains committed to improving this wonderful software.

May 9, 2024Thanks for amazingly detailed review and your purchase, elitte! Glad you like the quality of the final results, its been a delicate balance as we fine tune for performance and try to be a few more seconds faster like photoroom the quality would degrade so for now we're prioritizing quality over being fewer seconds faster as otherwise we'd be like the rest of the competition. Regarding edited images, they don't automatically save to your image results - only if you liked the editing you did on your canvas then you'd have to click "save" and it then goes down into your results. Did it that way to avoid users results being flooded for every single editing they needed to do and left it up to the user to choose when they were done editing and wanted to save the result etc.
Thanks for the 10 tacos! We're committed to improving it and got lots of cool stuff rolling out over the next few days, weeks and months to make this the hands down best in the ecommerce niche.
Cheers,
