Q: Issues being addressed?

Hi - I see a lot of issues recently in the reviews and I am wondering if this is actively being addressed or if there is a plan and timeline in place?

Thanks for the question!

A few months ago we did identify an issue where some support messages were not reaching us reliably. This has since been fully addressed by improving our support tooling and internal processes, and we now have additional monitoring in place to make sure messages are never missed.

Q: Question about admin account backend

In the backend, can admin(manager) do these to all the feedback received?
1. Sort by Location, Feedback rating (stars), Date of submission
2. Search by Location, Feedback rating (stars), Date of submission
3. filter all the feedbacks submitted by Location, Feedback rating (stars), Date of submission
4. See the graphs and analytics (pie chart or bar chart of percentage) of feedback stars, location, etc

1. Yes
2. In-browser search can be used to search across all fields.
2. You can filter by rating, device type and feedback widget type.
4. For NPS we show graphs. For regular feedback widgets we don't currently have graphs.

Q: Onboarding to website

Hi, I have a directory website that I'm recruiting businesses to join. They have to fill out a few things, upload a photo, and the like. I'm finding that they need a lot of help, and the demands of providing it are a problem. I'd like to have an onboarding process that prompts them going through the whole process, to make it as easy as possible. Can Produktly do this? Thanks

Yes, we have many tools to support onboarding.

You can add a product tour that interactively guides them through all the steps.

Or you can add an onboarding checklist, where the user can track their progress and go to complete certain steps (or even start product tours from the checklist itself).

Or for more subtle help, you could add smart tips to the form. These could be little help...

Q: Product tour of other software?

Hi, there is software that I use (not developed by me) and I'd love to be able to make a product tour for my employees to help make it easier for them to learn it.

Are you able make a product tour overlay on software you don't own (no access to their server)?

This would be online software the product tour is for.

Q: Which data is sent to Bugsnag?

Dear Olli,

We are currently using your SAAS product and noticed that Bugsnag is being used for error tracking and several requests are sent to this tool. I have some concerns regarding the privacy of the data that is being sent to Bugsnag from our application.

A: Hi,

We use Bugsnag for error monitoring. So only when errors in Produktly code, the error details are sent to Bugsnag. Also some metadata is sent like which browser type, and version are sent. No personal data or sensitive information is ever sent to Bugsnag or Produktly.
