Q: Product tour of other software?

Hi, there is software that I use (not developed by me) and I'd love to be able to make a product tour for my employees to help make it easier for them to learn it.

Are you able make a product tour overlay on software you don't own (no access to their server)?

This would be online software the product tour is for.

Q: Which data is sent to Bugsnag?

Dear Olli,
I hope you're doing well.
We are currently using your SAAS product and noticed that Bugsnag is being used for error tracking and several requests are sent to this tool. I have some concerns regarding the privacy of the data that is being sent to Bugsnag from our application.

A: Hi,

We use Bugsnag for error monitoring. So only when errors in Produktly code, the error details are sent to Bugsnag. Also some metadata is sent like which browser type, and version are sent. No personal data or sensitive information is ever sent to Bugsnag or Produktly.

Q: Sync with Users so product tour only triggers once possible?

hi there, is it possible to sync with users in my saas so a product tour of yours will only get triggered once? i don't fully understand the concept how this connects to my users.

Yes, you can identify users to Produktly: https://produktly.com/docs/docs/integration/identify-users which will save the user's progress based on their user id.
