Major problem:( Cant get through to company for over 3 weeks.

Trying to get the app working and running into config issues. The app just doesnt live up to its promise (shock). Contacted support a few times, and had no replies. Shame.

I have already sent multiple support requests to the developer weeks ago – both via AppSumo and by email – and to this day have received no response. It almost seems as if my questions are too inconvenient.

Unfortunately, I am therefore forced to rate the product with one star for the time being. A product without functioning support or a company behind it is worth little to me, even if the features were good. If I do not receive a satisfactory or any response at all by the end of the 60-day return guarantee period, I will return the tool. I see no reason to support companies that ignore their customers and only take the money.

However, if support contacts me promptly and provides a customer-friendly, solution-oriented response, I will of course reconsider my rating and adjust it to reflect the features of the tool.

Until then, this rating remains – and here once again is the urgent appeal to the developer to finally respond to my questions.

It's terrible, you have no customer support. The previews are not working. Very limited styling options. Styling is very basic, it's just not right.

The builder is not working, you need to refresh and reinstall everything all the time. There own product tour is not even working.

Don't get all these good reviews. I think you will receive some kind of discount for a good review.

I am absolutely crazy about Produktly! It is exactly the product I was looking for to help with my SaaS application, and wow does it ever deliver.

There are so many robust ways to interact with your user base. I really appreciate how transparent it is... One simple change in the interface and you get clean, instant changes on the user end. It's brilliant, stable, and bug-free. Still some room for improvement, but I see these items as polish that will almost certainly be cleaned up with time.

Absolutely astounding product. Works exactly as described. I found integration to be a breeze and everything is simpler and more powerful than I expected.

Bought one code to check it out, and now a few days later, I'm back buying 7 more.
