A: You could use the same account for all 3 businesses. But, we don't have workspaces so if you want to keep all 3 businesses separate then you would need 3 x Project.co accounts.
Example, I have 1 PM who interacts with the client, the rest of the team, i don't even want the client to see. So can I choose who the client sees? Or disable it all together so they just see their tasks, without the assigned people?
A: Clients will only see people who are part of the same team as them in the people page. And within projects they will see the other people who are part of the project. So if you don't want them to see other people then you'd need to not add them to the same projects.
Thanks Matt, any plans on allowing the admin to customize the client view or choosing which employees, if any, they can see? Or in Roles and permissions, choose "Client facing" and choosing which role can be visiable for the client, chich role can chat with client". I imagine for many agencies, we want the entire team to be in the PM tool to track tasks, time and talk amongst themselves etc, but the client doesn't talk to designers, web devs, SEO, only a project manager. But removing the team (designer, web dev, SEO etc) from the project would mean missing out on all of the great features for agency management. Am I missing something? Or would love to see if you had any other solutions for this use case which I suspect other agencies also have.

2. Can I use this for a group like clients (agency clients) or coaching clients(mastermind members), that will determine if I try to buy the max or not.
3. How can I contact someone for potential promotional partnerships or event?
1) Yes but if you already have a free account you'll need to send your codes to us to apply them for you. You can do this by hitting the support button at the bottom right of any page.
2) Yes absolutely to both. It's made for bringing people together to work on projects, have discussions and share files.

A: Do you mean integrated forms? We don't have a timeline for that but we do allow embedded forms from other form providers. To add a form from another provider, like Google Forms for example just choose a single embed from the project tools menu.

Q: Like others have commented, I really need the ability to email in tasks directly.
I have processes set up in Trello. Each board has a unique email address in Trello. Emails forwarded there are added as tasks with all their attachments. Such as incoming support emails, form responses, call schedules, notifications from other apps, or just content I forward from any email that needs to be actioned. This isn't easily solved with Zapier. Please consider adding it to your roadmap.
