Can I archive a project? Yes you can, just mark it as complete and then it will be moved out of your normal views but will still be accessable by choosing to show completed projects.

Can guests and collaborators attch or send files? Yes they can. They can either do this in the files tool of the project or in the discussion tool in the project.
