I've used PromoRepublic for over a year now. Dealt with various bugs/glitches over time which were annoying but for the most part it did what I needed it to do. A couple of months ago, I had trouble reconnecting one of my Facebook accounts so I removed the integration intending to add a fresh one. However, that was a huge mistake as once I removed the integration from Facebook, I have not been able to add it back. I've reached out to support numerous times, and I will say they were pretty responsive via the chat widget on their site. Direct email, not so much. However, the support rep just kept suggesting the same thing over and over. Clear cache, and cookies, try incognito, VPN, etc. I tried all of the suggestions and still ran into the same issue. I even reached out to Facebook business support but they weren't helpful either.

So in the end, I decided to just purchase another LTD for a different social media post scheduler tool. I've already noticed a huge difference. Less glitches, cleaner interface UX/UI, easy-to-connect accounts, and it automatically posts to Instagram. Not sure PromoRepublics issue but for IG posts, you had to sign into each IG account and manually publish the post which kind of defeats the purpose of the tool. I guess I'm happy the issue happened in the end. Just wish I had not wasted time or money with them.

I love the app! Bought it in 2021 and started to use it last month. Good investment!

I have been using it almost a year now.
I have NOT been able to upload a video. There is ALWAYS an error.
Its only good for an image. And even for that up to 4.
I would NOT recommend it if you are looking to solve your Social Media posting problem.
If you are looking for an OK platform to upload ONE image at the time, then go for it.
All in all, no good.

So many glitches with the app. The UI is absolutely horrible. there is no way to add multiple pages. As said 45 profiles are allowed. but when you connect one Facebook page, it doe not let you connect to the second page. Things are all over the place. I have requested a demo from their staff, apparently, they cancelled the meeting on me saying that I have already purchased a product, therefore I am not allowed to have a demo tour with their staff. They will raise support requests with the team. But I have never received support from their staff. Asked for a refund! Total waste of time.

We are using this tool for our social media posting, and it is a great peace of mind. The tool has amazing features. You can design your contents inside this tool and plan to schedule or post right away. You do not need to go to other places to create your contents first and then upload in any social media posting app.

The visual appearance of the calendar to plan posting and also an ability to go back and edit at any time later on is a great peace of mind.

Moreover, you can publish the one content at multiple times and plan which time and date next time the same content will be published. You can plan in calendar if you want that any posting will run forever based on every day, week or month. It is such a peace of mind, and we let our brand commercial run every second day. This only one feature is creating such a mega brand visibility.

This is the only one tool you need for creating contents and posting for social media. Get better with your social media management & marketing. Five tacos from us. Don't wait and sit on it. Get it before it has gone!!
